Mark S. Cohn

Mark Cohn is a Shareholder and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.   Mr. Cohn is experienced in all aspects of real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, development, construction, leasing and financing of commercial, industrial and residential properties, including affordable housing projects.  Mr. Cohn’s development experience includes zoning, land entitlement, platting, and the formation of residential and commercial condominiums, as well as the formation and administration of condominium and property owner associations.

In addition, Mr. Cohn has extensive experience in the formation and structuring of limited liability companies and other business entities, and has represented numerous clients in private placements, and other venture capital transactions.

Mr. Cohn also represents clients in the acquisition, formation, sale and financing of their businesses.
