David is Of Counsel to the Firm, and the focus of his practice is taxation and estate planning. David received a B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky in 1972, a law degree from Cleveland State University in 1975, and a M.L.T. from Georgetown University in 1980. David is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and is Adjunct Professor at Wayne State University’s M.S.T. (Masters in Tax) program.
